Gatehouse Box Office Open 9.30am – 8.00pm Monday to Saturday

For those of you that can not obtain tickets before the event, or wish to collect tickets on the night, the box office at Stafford Castle (next to the seating grandstand) will be open 90 minutes prior to the commence of the show.

Shakespeare Ticket Terms and Conditions

In the event of a performance being cancelled no refund will be given. Stafford Borough Council reserves the right to make alterations to casting without prior notice. Latecomers will not be allowed into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance, as directed by the Front of House Staff. All prices and information correct at time of this page being published.

In extreme weather conditions Stafford Festival Shakespeare producers will make every effort to complete the performance and reserve the right to stop and start the action as necessary.

On rare occasions, it will not be possible for us to complete the performance, but we will never cancel or abandon a performance before the advertised start time. (It is amazing how often it can rain all day and then clear up just in time for the action to start and indeed, how localised bad weather can be! Also we really don’t want to disappoint anyone - audiences or our actors).

In the event of a performance being cancelled or abandoned due to inclement weather, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Stafford Borough Council no refund will be made. Tickets cannot be exchanged for other performances or returned for resale.
